A company is looking for a PartnersACCESS Specialist, QP (Remote Option-NC).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial screenings, referrals, and scheduling for members seeking health and behavioral health services

Assist with authorizations and admissions to various healthcare facilities and services

Maintain effective working relationships and provide technical assistance to first responders and providers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of healthcare or mental health / substance use / intellectual / developmental disabilities experience

Preferred : LPN with at least four years of relevant experience

Sound knowledge of health, mental health, substance use, and related laws and resources

Excellent computer skills and ability to handle confidential information

Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment in screening and referral processes
