Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and flexible Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our client's facility.
As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide essential patient care across various departments and units within the facility. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are adaptable to different patient care settings.
Location : Downey, CA
Contract Length : 6 months with the possibility of extension
Shifts :
- 8-hour night shifts
- Rotating weekends
- 40 hours per week
Payrate :
$25 / hour $1,400 / week
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver compassionate and effective care to patients across different units and departments.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents / patients.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
- Adapt to different team dynamics and departmental needs.
- Be prepared to float to various units and departments as needed, based on staffing requirements and patient care needs.
