🌟 Pay Scale :   $75,379 – $94,236 ( Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do :

∙ Full cycle recruiting for individual contributor and management roles across various departments

including R&D, Technical Operations, and Corporate functions.

∙ Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR professionals to understand organizational

requirements and align them with the qualifications of prospective candidates.

∙ Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.

∙ Manage multiple job openings, providing positive candidate experiences and meeting client

expectations.

∙ Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills for candidate and client management.

What We're Looking For :

✅  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience.

✅ 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or IT industries with 1-2 years of high-volume administrative experience. ✅ Demonstrated skill in prioritizing workload across a variety of demands; interview scheduling, sourcing, interviewing and negotiating offers. ✅ Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook, and MS Office Suite, particularly calendaring and spreadsheets. ✅ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-service orientation in all dealings.
