Location : Austin, TX (Remote within 1 hour of site)

Compensation : $40–$45 / hour

Contract Length : 6 months (no extension or conversion)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract to cover a leave of absence. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by helping us hire top talent in the manufacturing industry. You will focus on recruiting for Quality Engineering and Design Engineering roles, working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure highly skilled candidates.

Key Details

• Austin-based role – can be remote within one hour of the site.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally into Austin for onsite meetings.
• Strictly a 6-month contract – no extension or conversion available.
• We are looking for manufacturing / engineering recruiting experience only.
