Travel Nurse (RN) - Tele (Telemetry) - North Kansas City, Missouri

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Cardiac Tele Float

Shift : Nights, 6 : 45p-7 : 15a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, Every 3rd weekend required

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

• MO or Compact license
• Must have 2 years true Tele - Cardiac experience - titrating drips, pre or post cardiac cath patients, experience with sheaths
• Skills : IV Start Vents PA Lines Conscious Sedation Telemetry
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS
• TNCC preferred
• Charting System : Cerner experience required
• Teaching Hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred

Other Details :

• Must be willing to float
• First time travelers ok
• Must take Covid patients
• Traveler Must pass an EKG exam on orientation day with an 80% or higher, will be tested on lethal rhythms. MUST Pass.
• CEU REQUIRMENT*Tele placements require : 8 cardiac and 8 stroke CEUs
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - No Exemptions
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions Only

MUST HAVE 2yrs TRUE TELE EXP - CARDIAC EXP - titrating drips, pre or post cardiac cath patients, experience with sheaths, etc.

Must be willing to float

First time travelers OK!

Tele Nights Float

Shift 3x12 hour Nights- Every 3rd weekend required

Start : ASAP

Duration : 13 weeks

Skills : IV Start Vents PA Lines Conscious Sedation Telemetry

License : MO RN or Compact

Certifications : ACLS BLS (AHA), NIHSS, and TNCC preferred

Charting System : Cerner exp required

Floating : Must be willing to float

Scrubs Navy Blue

No block scheduling will be added to contract

3x12 Nights (36 hours)

MUST HAVE 2YRS TRUE TELE EXP - CARDIAC EXP - titrating drips, pre or post cardiac cath patients, experience with sheaths, etc.

Weekends : every 3rd weekend rotation

Time off presented after submission will not be approved.

MUST TAKE COVID PATIENTS
