Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.
Sunbelt staffing is assisting a school district located near Waukesha, Wisconsin in order to fill a job opening for a school based registered nurse.
This job is full time for the upcoming 23-24 school year. School nurses will be required to attend orientation late August and the school year begins early September.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide health services either 1 : 1 or in a health room setting.
- Wound care, medication administration, communicating with parents and maintainingvaccination records.
- work with families, teachers, and administrators to support the health and wellness of our school community.
- Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate health plans for students with acute or chronic health conditions .
Qualifications :
- Wisconsin RN license REQUIRED!!
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- At least6 months of experience in nursing, preferably in a school setting or working with children.
- CPR certification REQUIRED
