We are looking for friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives for our client in Troy! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and offering solutions or alternatives.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courteousness with every customer interaction.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and respond quickly to customer needs.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
