C- Store Master seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing- Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our inventory control function.
Responsibilities :
- Create and send Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers daily to monitor the status of Purchase Orders and update team members.
- Coordinate with shipping companies to estimate delivery dates.
- Check stock levels across multiple warehouses and plan reorder schedules.
- Utilize purchase order forecasting software to generate orders.
- Provide daily updates to the sales and sourcing teams, giving advanced notice if any products are likely to run out before the next order.
- Regularly check stock status in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and update the sales team if any product is out of stock.
- Communicate with the shipping department regarding shipment dates.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : Salary $ 60,000 with a $5,000 performance bonus if the out-of-stock rate stays under 4%
