Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT) – Pediatric Clinic

Location : El Paso, TX

MedAdventures is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a pediatric clinic in El Paso, TX . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children in a clinic that values developmental progress, family involvement, and a team-based approach to care.

This full-time role is ideal for a PT with strong evaluation experience and a passion for pediatrics. The typical daily caseload will be 12–14 patients , supported by a collaborative team of therapists and staff.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct pediatric physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver goal-driven therapy sessions focused on improving strength, mobility, and motor development
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapists to support carryover and holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and compliance standards
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
  • Previous experience in a pediatric setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a full caseload of 12–14 patients per day
