A company is looking for a Patient Account Resolution Specialist to provide customer service and support for patient accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Support branches by reviewing patient accounts and obtaining necessary documentation for health insurance billing
Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients to drive account resolution
Evaluate documentation for compliance and perform follow-ups to ensure timely reimbursement
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
Intermediate level mathematical proficiency
Ability to work within the United States as this is a remote position
