We’re looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with Azure Cloud to :

• develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high volume data processing in partnership with business and stakeholders
• implement mainframe projects through all SDLC phases (Functional and non-functional requirements gathering, analysis, estimation, build, unit testing, SIT(System and Integration testing), Regression testing, pre and post implementation support)
• collaborate with different teams like Application Development teams, QA, Business Analysts, Business, Operations teams, DBAs etc.
• understand AS-IS business process flows and make changes as per requirements
• experience in Oracle / Azure SQL / Synapse load / unload process, SQL queries to extract data for reporting
• contribute to defining standards and translate business requirements into technical documentation
• identify opportunities to improve our processes

Your team

You’ll be working in the GWM Operations Americas IT team in US. We provide quality, innovative solutions that support our business partners in achieving their goals.

You will be responsible for liaising between various Business and IT streams to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute to iterative exploration and documentation of business rules enabling high volume data processing.

Your expertise

• an engineering Degree (Bachelor / Master) with ideally 8+ years of relevant experience in software product design & development
• Java Developer with hands-on development expertise on core Java backend, React / Angular, Spring Boot Microservices, restful APIs, Web / Application Servers (Tomcat, Apache)
• good knowledge of Azure environment, Containerization concepts, cloud native development practices, Azure Wizard etc.
• excellent understanding of DevOps and CI / CD concepts (GitLab, TeamCity, Automated Testing, Pipelines, Ansible, Rex, Maven, IntelliJ, SONAR)
• excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on delivery experience in a pod
• good understanding of architectural and design standards, clean code and such practices
• working knowledge of Oracle, Azure SQL, SQL Server
