Our client is seeking Custodians to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the custodial team supporting the University.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Job Title : Custodian
Location : Houghton, NY
Pay Range : $15 / hour
What's the Job?
- Clean and maintain facilities within the university.
- Ensure facilities are kept in an orderly condition
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to safety and health regulations
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
