Establishes an individualized plan of care for each patient. Provides direct and indirect patient care.Education : * Minimum Education and / or : Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN);
or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years.
Experience : * One to two years' experience required. Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area.
