Job Description :
As the Assistant General Manager your responsibilities will include maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
In this role, your management skills and experience in the front and back of the house will be key. Our client offers a unique opportunity for you to oversee the dining room, check in with customers, and balance seating capacity.
Back-of-the-house management experience is also essential, as you'll help ensure compliance with health and safety restaurant regulations and are following the mission and core values, paving the way for your professional growth and development.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
Negotiate and close agreements with large corporate clients
Compensation & Benefits :
Base $70k $80k base salary
Variable Compensation : $13,200 (paid quarterly)
Based on 7% EBITDA and 5% Sales Growth (all-or-nothing bonus)
Biannual reviews eligibility for up to 5% increase for the year
Projected 1st year OTE $90k
