LIVunLtd is looking for Baristas to join our growing team! We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals, who are passionate to deliver high-end customer service.
As a Barista for LIVunLtd you will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, while also delivering a high level of customer service.
As a Barista you will ensure the beverage bar is clean and sanitary, inventory is stocks, and assist with various areas of the amenity spaces as requested.
A Barista for LIVunLtd must have a positive attitude and be dedicated to making each and every client’s experiences as enjoyable as possible.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. At this luxury client location, Barista services will be available Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided to all tenants, clients, and guests.
- Great customers, take orders, prepare and service beverages, as well as various food and beverage offerings in accordance to the established service standards and menu.
- Arrange, maintain, and serve food offerings.
- Perform shift opening and closing responsibilities as assigned
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the beverage bar area, including counters and equipment.
- Stock and replenish food, beverage, paper products, utensils, and all other relevant inventory as needed
- Receive, unload, and distribute delivery orders.
- Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
- Efficiently serve customers by benign knowledge of all food, beverage, and service offerings.
- Warmly greet and verify customers upon entry into the amenity space.
- Assist coworkers in any manner necessary to maintain a collective, smooth effort in providing excellent services.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and presentable beverage bar area at all times.
- Assist with additional administrative studies including, but not limited to, ordering products, organizing stock room, coordinator vendors.
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints, issues, and inquiries; escalating those that need further resolution to direct supervisor(s).
- Always exceed customer’s expectations and needs.
- Wear the corporate / building approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working.
- Maintain strong communication with LIVunLtd coworkers.
- Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policy, procedures and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a barista role
- Certification in Food ProtectionAll Baristas will be required to have a Certification in Food Protection. If not already certified, LIVunLtd will cover the cost to obtain the certification.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively ability in multiple languages is an additional asset.
- Must have basic knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood and a razor sharp sense of hospitality.
- Maintains the ability to multitask, be a team player, be trustworthy and a fast learner.
Flexibility to work days, nights and / or weekends.

COMPENSATION
The Barista position with LIVunLtd pays $18.00-$20.00 per hour, dependent on experience and work location.
