Our work goes beyond milestones — we help families build secure, connected relationships that nurture long-term growth. We offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy; feeding and lactation support; parent-infant groups; and integrated family services.

Our team serves families across Los Angeles County, many of whom might not otherwise have access to care. Every session is an opportunity to make a lasting difference — not just in a child’s development, but in a family’s story.

About the Role

We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist who is both clinically skilled and deeply human — someone who believes that play, connection, and co-regulation are powerful tools for growth. You’ll work closely with families of children ages 0–5, guiding them through the joys and challenges of early development.

What You’ll Do

• Provide family-centered evaluation and treatment, integrating sensory, motor, and social-emotional domains
• Support parent-child relationships through coaching, modeling, and education
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, lactation consultants, infant and maternal mental health providers, and a dietitian
• Document interventions and progress in a timely, strengths-based manner
• Engage in reflective supervision and professional growth opportunities
• Contribute to a compassionate, equity-driven, community-oriented culture
