Senior Network Solution Architect

POSITION SUMMARY : From their extensive knowledge around large-scale data centers, network solutions and telecommunications, particularly around Fabric Architecture, Design / Integration, Routing & Switching, Cloud Services, SDN, managed services, distribution systems and large-scale network designs;

the Sr Network Solution Architect will be the lead technical consultant during the pre / post sales process to lead the discovery, design, deployment and delivery of technology solutions for our client.

This person will work closely with site engineers, technicians, project managers and other stakeholders of both internal and external team members to ensure the client’s business goals and objectives are being met.

The Sr Architect will play a key leadership role by examining business requirements, offering solutions and leading the business case and financial justifications.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist with the presales process and act as the technical expert to ensure client needs can be met and offering alternatives to solutions needed Create and deliver presentations to potential clients while partnering with the internal sales team;
• possess the ability to overcome objections and emphasize the technical differentiators from competitors and deliver the value propositions of the technical solutions of our client Lead the design and architectural requirements for multi-faceted, multi-technology solutions while partnering with other SMEs, architects and engineers to build the clients’ solutions Constantly communicate with internal and external stakeholders on projects while building and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts to find and promote additional opportunities Create and present designs, SOWs and project plans to clients while also accounting for service and program management activities Act as the technical expert and leader to guild project team on construction site to ensure SOW requirements are being delivered Other duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFIATIONS & EDUCATION : 8+ years of development and implementation of Fabric Architecture, Cybersecurity & Data center transformation, software defined networking, routing & switching, cloud services & design, load balancing solutions, firewall design & engineering as Solution Architect Pre / post sales experience HIGHLY preferred;
• can also include Sales Engineer, Consulting, or similar Must have experience with one or more of the managed network services : LAN, WAN, Data Centers and cloud transformation MUST have experience in Data center and building infrastructure including fabric architecture, Software Defined Networking;

Routing & Switching; Data Center Transformation & Cybersecurity; Firewall Design & Engineering; load balancing solutions, Network Management Systems & Assessment Tools, Wireless design and building connectivity services, Cloud Services & Design Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience will be considered for right candidate Preferred certifications : CCIE Data Center, AWS Certifications, VMWare Certifications, PMP, ITIL, other Cisco certifications including Datacenter & related design certifications Powered by JazzHR
