Our client, a higher education insitution, is seeking a Contract to Hire Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit qualified candidates across various levels and departments, including management, administrative, and technical roles.
This position manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to finalizing offers, while ensuring compliance with the institution's policies and regulations.
Key Points :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
- Collaborate with department management to develop recruitment strategies
- Post job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Validate candidate credentials and make employment offers
- Maintain recruitment data and comply with affirmative action and equal employment regulations
- Support employee onboarding and ensure a seamless hiring process
About You :
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment
- Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and negotiating salary offers
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred experience in union environments and HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR)
This Contract to Hire role offers the opportunity to drive recruitment efforts and contribute to a dynamic HR team. This role pays up to $21.
