Position Overview : The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product / service information.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
