About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team, you will lead the charge in developing a cutting-edge B2B monetization solution that not only maximizes revenue but also enhances the overall profitability of our billion-dollar business.
You will work on leveraging data-driven insights, machine learning models and algorithms to optimize revenue streams and drive business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop top-tier B2B monetization solutions using state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
- Design, implement, and manage machine learning models to continually optimize ad revenue and user experience.
- Engage in data exploration, visualization, and preprocessing to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to dissect complex problems into manageable components.
- Provide analytics support to partner teams, focusing on monetization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineer role.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training.
At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
