CRB Consultants is a credit repair company that focuses making sure that consumers receive the best service when working on improving the health of their credit reports while repairing and reestablishing their credit.
We work to improve our clients credit reports so that those initial Denials prior to repairing and rebuilding their credit can turn into Approvals after weve worked diligently to repair their credit.

About the Role :
To provide the primary external business interface for customers and the external sales force. Providing a full range of customer service support services including pricing information lead time inquiries and proactive sales management.
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with specific managers and enduser customers.
Participating in promotional and reactive sales campaigns will also be part of the CRB / Customer Service Role.
The Main Responsibilities of the Customer Service Role :
- Providing an excellent standard of Customer Service.
- Answering customers queries and questions.
- Sales reporting and tracking day to day progress

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given but office / retail / sales experience would be useful.
