Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Representative to join our client's team in Wilmington, DE.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their personal insurance needs, providing quotes, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities : -Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.
Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients based on their insurance needs.-Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.-Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively serve clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client experiences and improve processes.-Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications : -High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.-Active property and casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
