Radiologist

Optima Diagnostic Imaging (ODI) is seeking a full time BC / BE Radiologist for our Beverly Hills location. ODI is a comprehensive outpatient imaging center offering MRI, CT, Digital X-Ray, PET / CT, and Ultrasound.

The position is for a full time, clinical position. The ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in MSK and will have experience with light interventional procedures such as arthrograms, CT guided and ultrasound guided biopsies, joint injections, etc.

The candidate will have an opportunity to read non MSK diagnostic imaging studies, participate in Clinical Trials, and be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team with other onsite physicians.

This is an opportunity to be part of an academic style outpatient imaging center with a focus on quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Daily workload consists of a mixture of Diagnostic Radiology & Interventional Radiology (70% / 30%).
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Diagnostic / Interventional Radiologist based in Beverly Hills, CA.
• The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting radiographic studies, as well as conducting radiologic procedures such as biopsies, joint injections, and other light interventional procedures.
• The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience minimum.
• Fellowship training in MSK is required.
• He or she will be strongly familiar with coding and reimbursement for these procedures.
• The ideal candidate will be very comfortable operating in an outpatient setting with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively with technicians and support staff is a must.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have an MD or equivalent degree
• State medical license in California or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits Package

• Compensation is $400k-$700k DOE (base and RVU bonus)
• Office hours 8am-5pm
• 4 weeks PTO / year
• Five days / year CME
• Malpractice insurance provided
