Job Description
- Maintain knowledge of individuals, their goals and support needs.
- Identify skills and interests to help individuals be fully engaged with the community.
- Develop an individualized plan of service with each person.
- Document data and notes to adequately show individual’s progress toward goals on their service plan.
- Attend and participate in scheduled staff meetings and complete required training.
- Maintain positive relationships and good communication with co-workers, supervisor, and all other employees of Compass Career Solutions.
- Transporting individuals to various community outings across county in personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One-year related experience and / or training working with people in crisis, specifically in employment services.
- Ability to perform CPR / First Aide as needed
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
