We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to join our talented team.

  • Job Summary :

    • The Auto Body Collision Repair Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles following automotive accidents. This role involves assessing damage, performing repairs, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to provide accurate repair estimates.
  • Repair or replace damaged body panels, frame components, and other structural elements.
  • Utilize tools and equipment to perform body repairs, including welding, sanding, painting, and polishing.
  • Remove and reinstall exterior and interior components, such as windows, doors, and upholstery.
  • Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards set by the company and industry regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, estimators, and parts suppliers regarding repair progress and potential additional repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and practices.
  • Stay updated on new repair techniques, technology, and industry trends.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a collision repair program is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle construction and repair techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair orders, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; additional certifications (I-CAR, ASE) are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and crouching.
  • Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a noisy environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals.
