What does success look like in this position :
Handles the timely and accurate fulfillment of pick up and will call orders. Some of what you'll be doing :
- Reviews and handles assigned orders; carefully prepares and packages orders for pickups and will call.
- Handles assigned tickets accurately and in a timely manner meeting or exceeding departmental goals.
- Supports department efforts for accurate order fulfillment minimizing issues, complaints, and errors.
- Assists team members and supervisor in cleaning and organizing the warehouse.
- Committed to continued process improvement, providing exceptional customer service and expanding product knowledge.
- Assists supervisor with accurate record keeping and activities that promote efficiencies and continued process improvements.
- Committed to maintaining attendance and punctuality to effectively meet the departmental goals.
- Adheres to and is committed to a safe and productive work environment in compliance with safety guidelines as well as company policies and procedures.
- Performs additional related duties as needed.

What you'll bring to the table :
- Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED preferred.
- Able to lift 80lbs
- At least one year of related experience preferred.
Nice to have :
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability for detail.
- Knowledgeable of computers preferred.
- Sense of urgency and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to departmental needs.
