Job Title : Bookkeeper

Location : Downtown Columbus - 100% onsite

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join a client located downtown, near Grant Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, especially QuickBooks Desktop, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Process payroll accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile credit card statements and maintain records
• Handle collections (minimal volume)
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for various bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of bookkeeping / accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish or French (preferred but not required)
