Home Health Aide Training :

Get paid $2,000 upon successful completion of Home Health Aide training program!! (this amount is taxed)

About the Role :

CNAs, PCAs, and Home Health Aides at Excel Nursing Services provide essential companionship and hands-on care to clients who need help with personal hygiene, safety, and daily activities.

By establishing strong connections with our clients, HHAs and PCAs become a trusted and valued part of their lives.

Key Responsibilities :

Personal Care Assistance : Help clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, oral care, skin care, and safe moving and lifting.

Note : No fingernail or toenail cutting is permitted.

Observation and Reporting : Monitor and document the client's care, symptoms, and mental / physical status. Report any significant changes or observations to the appropriate staff.

Household Management : Maintain a pleasant, clean, and safe environment in areas of the home used by the client.

Nutritional Support : Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and feeding in accordance with the client's dietary needs.

Health Practices Reinforcement : Provide opportunities to educate the client and their family on reinforcing good health practices.

REQUIREMENTS :

Current Drivers License.

Current CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide Certification preferred.
