Customer Service Representative
Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gardena, CA.
Pay : $22-$25 per hour (Depending on experience.)
Shift : Sunday - Thursday; Training will be Monday - Friday
As a Customer Service Representative at Staffmark in Gardena, CA, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the processing of Inbound or Outbound shipments, meticulously preparing and managing shipment documentation, and ensuring the timely clearance and efficient coordination of shipments.
You will play a crucial role in embodying and upholding our company's guiding principles and core values, ensuring that every interaction and task reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties :
- Secure necessary documentation and review incomplete information
- Complete receipt documentation accurately
- Process documents promptly through designated systems
- Arrange and confirm transportation logistics including flights and freight
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Track transaction details and initiate clearance processes
- Communicate effectively with carriers and maintain comprehensive records
- Report any issues or irregularities to supervisors promptly
- Coordinate release processes with carriers and customers
- Enhance proficiency in internal systems and processes through continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will need to have 1 year of previous experience.
