JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead and develop a team of six Quality Inspectors overseeing inspections for incoming materials, work-in-process, final assembly, and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with Quikserv’s quality standards.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process reliability, and customer satisfaction through corrective and preventive actions.
- Establish, implement, and maintain inspection protocols and standard operating procedures across all production stages, ensuring accurate documentation of quality results and compliance records.
- Participate in daily production meetings to align inspection priorities with manufacturing schedules and allocate quality resources effectively to meet customer demand.
- Manage and maintain all product certification programs, coordinating required testing and site audits with authorized certification agencies.
- Develop and motivate the quality team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. Build capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel. Support and enforce safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards across all quality and production areas to promote a safe and organized work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years’ Experience with Mid to High Volume Low Mix assembly environment. 3-5 years’ Experience and knowledge of quality standards, manufacturing processes, and market trends. Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, and leading a team-based approach to decision-making. Strong skills to analyze data and resolve quality-related issues. Experience with fast-paced Assembly Lines.Experience with Sage 300 is a plus. High level of precision and diligence is crucial for ensuring product quality. Understanding of OSHA regulations.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and ISO 9000 standards is helpful.
