Receiving Technician

Location : Atlanta, GA

Starting Pay : $22.00 / hr

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm. Overtime opportunities available as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the Receiving Department to ensure timely and accurate receipt of all deliveries from vendors and carriers.
• Maintain security of the receiving department and loading dock to prevent loss and damage to incoming and outgoing materials.
• Keep accurate files and records for all shipped, received, and delivered materials and supplies.
• Inspect incoming freight for damages, defects, or discrepancies, and report issues as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders (P.O.) using the MMIS system.
• Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Replenish medical gas and prepare deliveries for the 8 : 00 pm staging.
