Enumerate is looking for a Software Onboarding Project Manager to join our team!

In this role, you will set up Enumerate customers for immediate success by guiding them from post-sale through go-live. You facilitate customer onboarding as our clients begin using the industry’s best community association management software solution.

You will educate new customers, solve their technical issues, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products and services.

This is a full-time, salaried position based in the CST / EST time zones with a budgeted salary range of $50,000-$75,000.

The role is fully remote, with planned quarterly travel for team activities. We highly value candidates with experience in property management or property accounting, as they bring valuable insights to the role.

You should have

  • Required :
  • Three (3) years of experience in project management
  • Direct experience in the B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on implementation projects
  • Preferred :
  • PMP certification
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and TaskRay, or various associated PM programs
  • Experience in property management and / or property accounting will make you an outstanding candidate!
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service for your internal and external customers
  • Persuasive communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Results-oriented professional; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results
  • Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Simultaneously lead multiple clients through the onboarding process of our products with a focus on communication and customer satisfaction
  • Organize key deliverables and due dates to drive onboarding completion within 4-6 weeks of its start date
  • Deliver status reports on the project with a focus on clear, concise communication
  • Complete customer discovery calls to identify current processes, including gaps / risk analysis toward adoption of the system
  • Train customers on best practices and maintain accurate account information
  • Work closely with the Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to assist clients in software adoption

Requirements

Three (3) years of experience in project management

Direct experience in the B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on implementation projects

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
