Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
