We are currently seeking a Business Solutions Coordinator to work in-office with the Business Services Support Group at our Indianapolis, Regent St location.
This position coordinates with our Lab, Operations, Customer service and Procurement departments gathering needed information to ensure on time delivery to our customers and provide the service they have come to expect from Superior.
Fulltime Hours : 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 p.m. 11 : 30 p.m.
Hourly Rate : Starting hourly rate is $20.00 per hour with a 2nd Shift differential of $2.00 per hour bringing the rate to $22.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include :
- Creating and receipting manufacturing batch tickets
- Receipting Bill of Materials
- Receipting Quick Batch Tickets
- Purchase Order Receipts; including Warehouse Transfers
- Prepare and appropriately distribute documents for customer deliveries including Bill of Ladings, Safety Data Sheets, and Certificates of Analysis
- Receive Serial controlled Totes within DataCor, Superior’s ERP System
- Maintain incoming records for Warehouse Transfers and Bill of Materials
- Receive, match and file all Bill of Ladings with Pick Tickets
- Other activities as required and directed
Candidates should possess :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work assignments
