We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at our Ogden, Utah facility.

Role Overview :

As an Architectural Project Manager at Unrivaled, you will oversee multiple projects, managing a broad spectrum of scopes and deliverables.

From conceptual design to project completion, you will lead efforts in museums, permanent installations, and experiential work.

You’ll provide engineering solutions to unique challenges, such as constructing a windmill for an activation in just seven days.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to construction and final completion.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, contractual, and budget objectives.

Perform routine architectural tasks, including drafting, design development, and the correction and updating of drawings.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating effectively with team members.

Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ensure diligent follow-through on all assigned tasks.

Be a proactive, resourceful self-starter.

Conduct project-related calculations and basic analytical tasks.

Perform research to support project teams.

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications :

5-10 years of experience managing a variety of architectural projects.

Strong knowledge of building and life safety codes relevant to projects.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Teamwork.

Advanced skills in Autodesk, CAD, and Revit.

Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in a secondary language is an advantage.

A licensed Architect registration is a plus.
