Scrum Master

Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity.

Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains.

The first aligns teams focused on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query.

The second aligns teams focused on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within GMA.

Here's what you need :

  • 1 year experience in a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst type function role and / or as Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • 1 Year Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge and documented and demonstrated experience using requirements management tools such as JIRA, TFS, etc. is required
  • Certified in any of the following : Agile / Scrum / Kanban and / or SAFe required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1 year of education 1.5 years of experience)

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

$62,100 $154,800 USD
