Job Overview
We are seeking a Performance Testing Engineer for our long-term, multi-year project based in Jersey City, NJ & Monterey Park, CA
Responsibilities
- Build scripts in Vugen and execute performance tests using Performance Center
- Experience with Batch Performance testing and problem solving skills
- Set up monitors and gather performance statistics during test execution
- Develop and maintain end-to-end technical and business process improvements
- Understand performance test environments and sizing
- Identify performance issues using Performance Diagnostics Tool, analyze results, and share observations with stakeholders
- Generate test summary reports for management review
- Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
- Communicate effectively with teams and conduct meetings
- Display excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work off-hours for testing
