Description : Objectives
As Director – Outpatient Business Operations, you will :
- Assume ownership of Evolve Life Center’s Outpatient business from initial client contact through their completion of our treatment programs.
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that profitably balances sustainable long-term revenue growth with the highest level of client care.
Execute operating initiatives to ensure that business unit goals are achievedNurture mutually beneficial professional relationships within the Outpatient organization as well as with all Evolve Life Center’s operating divisionsProvide meaningful / actionable analysis of the competitive and regulatory environment affecting the business unit.Recommend pathways to mitigate risk and optimize new business potential.Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service offering enhancements.Responsibilities may include :
Identifying and leading new business opportunity initiatives based on business network feedback and economic landscape.Supporting strategies and new service offerings to improve revenue streams and meet market demands.Guiding / preparing research reports on potential untapped revenue streams and potential business threats.Recommend appropriate business and risk mitigation strategies.Driving cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling of new business opportunities and emerging regulatory restrictions on existing business ventures.Driving collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop plans for adapting the existing portfolio of service offerings to new business opportunities.General management responsibilities include :
Managing the Outpatient organization. Currently the director has five direct reports.Ensuring that the organization is fully staffed. Hiring new staff as required.Driving corporate and regulatory agency compliance.Leading identification of opportunities to optimize business processes.Formulating targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business unit strategies.Leading development of business intelligence processes to improve data analytics, predictive modelling and market assessments.Budgeting / forecasting the Outpatient P&L and implement initiatives to achieve those goals.Requirements :
Skills and qualifications
7-10 yrs of leadership experience in the Substance Abuse Treatment (or comparable) marketplaceProven record of successful P&L managementExperience in client service managementStrong knowledge of business and sales growth techniquesExceptional project management skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiasm for the company, its mission, vison, core values and its growth potentialPreferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in managing outpatient counseling teamsSharp negotiation and networking skillsDemonstrated organizational skillsProblem-solving skillsCombined educational background including social work, counseling and business administration
