- Maintain a patient ratio of 1 : 5, ensuring each patient receives dedicated attention.- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively, with experience in EPIC preferred.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.- Adhere to the shift requirements, which include weekend hours and call requirements as needed by the facility.
- Demonstrate compassionate and empathetic care, tailored to the needs of infants and their families.- Follow the dress code, wearing designated scrub color.
