First Mate Heating & Cooling , a welcoming provider of home comfort services located in Lee's Summit, MO , is on an exciting growth trajectory!
We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our exceptional team in Lee's Summit.
As the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients, this team member plays a crucial role. We're seeking a candidate who embodies traits of high reliability, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.
Schedule : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay : $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Advanced customer service skills
- Polished phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills
