We’re looking for a sharp and curious Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced finance team. In this role, you’ll help drive strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance reporting across a growing portfolio of brands, including Sweathouz and Dogtopia.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with leaders in operations, marketing, and development to turn data into decisions and forecasts into results. If you love building models, digging into KPIs, and working across departments to uncover financial insights; you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
Analyze monthly financial results, identify variances, and communicate insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with ops, marketing, and analytics teams to align on KPIs and performance tracking
Create dashboards and executive reports that help inform key business decisions
Support ad-hoc analysis for new studio openings, strategic initiatives, and board presentations

Requirements : What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or strategic analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with financial modeling

Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau a plus

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Detail-oriented with great time management and project coordination skills

Comfortable working across multiple brands in a fast-moving environment

Compensation details : 95000-130000 Yearly Salary
