Maintenance Technician

A company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their Portfolio Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair all equipment, systems, and building components

Perform visual inspections and operational tests on machinery and equipment

Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a hotel engineer or comparable maintenance experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable lifting objects up to 25-50 pounds

Flexible schedule to assist with emergencies as needed

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
