We are the future of beauty services. Be part of the transformation. The Elite Stylist engages with guests, consults on hair care needs and recommends products and services. The Elite Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) and focus on performance (service sales and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). A passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge are required.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals (e.g., average weekly sales targets for hair services) and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and related metrics.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and enhance the guest service experience.
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on new and existing industry trends, products, and services; understand ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.

Working Conditions

The pay range for this position is $22.00 per hour, with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn services pay pursuant to the Company's Services Compensation Plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business needs. Eligible associates may also earn overtime pay as required by applicable law and tips paid by service guests.
