New Per Visits Rates!
VNA Care is hiring Per Visit PTs; Home H ealth experience required.
Work any combination of days and hours, work full days, half days or just for a visit. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4 : 30p Mon-Fri and between 8a-6 : 30p Sat-Sun.
Territory : Danvers Team, Physical Therapy visits are scheduled in a tight geographic area for each day.
Position Summary : Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred
- Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
- Home Health experience required.
