A company is looking for a Financial Services Associate to assist taxpayers and businesses in a customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance to taxpayers and businesses over the telephone in a fast-paced contact center
Handle correspondence and resolve taxpayer-related errors
Support operational needs of other offices as required
Required Qualifications
Call center experience
Strong computer skills, including navigation of multiple systems
Experience in accounting, banking, or tax preparation is preferred
Ability to analyze and research critical information
Must be current with filing Virginia state tax returns
