Stepdown RNs job responsibilities include, but are not limited to : \n
• Evaluate and monitor patient's progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in the patient's medical condition\n
• Calculate drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion and monitor patients for effects of medication\n
