Job Description : Operations Training Coordinator Co-Op - Spring 2025
WORK LOCATION : Billerica, MA

Core Purpose :
Our site in Billerica is seeking a / an Operations Training Coordinator Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season.
This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration from January to June 2025. The Training Coordinator Co-Op will be responsible for assisting the Billerica / Bedford Training Team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
In this role, you will :
- Maintain Training Calendar
- Schedule training sessions
- Notify concerned parties of upcoming training
- Ensure that the training venue is booked and ready for the training session
- Send pre-course information to participants
- Ensure that the training material is up to date
- Print out training support materials
- Record the attendance of employees for the training session
- Prepare training reports in Excel and Learning Management Systems
- Provide general administrative assistance to training managers and trainers
- Collate details from feedback forms and present to the training manager and / or trainer
- Manage doc control tasks
- Other duties as assigned

- Experience with WebEx and other virtual platforms

Outstanding Candidates Will Have :
- Power BI skills
- SharePoint skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
