Famous Toastery is looking for team members that know how to work together to deliver exceptional customer service and make us Famous.
A busser with us works with the service staff to ensure guests tables are properly cleaned and flipped.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Removes dirty dishes, glasses and utensils as needed
- Brings dishes to dishwashing station and sorts as needed
- Replenishes items at service stations
- Assists the serving staff with table setting by retrieving items needed for the table i.e. silverware, napkins, syrup, butter
- Cleans table and resets place settings after guests leave
- Cleans in the restaurant as needed
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
- Answer questions guests may have while at the table
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to multi-task and follow directions
- Reliable
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
