THE POSITION
Compass is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Physical Therapist to provide services for its patients in the Columbus and surrounding areas.
A successful candidate will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields.
Home Health experience preferred but not required. We are seeking individuals that are :
- Team players willing to help, motivate and teach patients as well as fellow co-workers.
- Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).
- Organized and able to manage a Physical Therapist case load of 20 to 25 patients in an autonomous work environment.
- Ability to supervise PTA's
