Project Manager
Lead IT, operational, and accounting system projects at a high-end hospitality, mid-sized company where everyone knows your name.
There is a seat at the table and the table is surrounded by people in leadership roles who will roll up their sleeves with you.
This is a hybrid roll with at least three days in the Dallas office where you will enjoy a beautiful office setting, lunches, events, and truly good people.
You will report to a senior leader who will support you and work with you to get these projects completed. You will take over a few large enterprise-wide projects already in motion and begin others.
Projects will include point-of-sale roll out, accounting software migration, a CRM, security remediation, vendor consolidation, acquisition roll outs and more.
As the first PM and Change Management leader, you will be challenged with creating processes, policies, and communication.

What they are asking you to bring to the table :
- Led successful IT and corporate medium to large projects similar to those mentioned above. If you currently lead a PMO, you will hit the ground running.
- Created a change management platform that worked well and you can replicate here.
- Developed corporate communication before, during and after your projects, which led to successful implementations and adoption.
- Software : Microsoft Office all Monday.com project management tool or similar.
- Certifications (PMP, PMI, Prosci and / or CCMP) or the experience comparable to these.
- Commute to the Dallas office at least three days per week (non-negotiable). No relocation assistance.
- Pass a required background check.
- Some travel involved.

Salary : $110-125K
Bonus : Up to 20%
